TEL AVIV, Israel (Ma'an) -- A security guard at an Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank shot and seriously injured a Palestinian man Wednesday, Israeli media reported.The man, in his 30s but not otherwise identified, suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach after being shot by a guard at the illegal Maale Adumim settlement near Jerusalem, Israel's Ynet news site reported.
According to the report, the guard thought the man intended to steal his gun.
