BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 13 Palestinians across the West Bank at dawn on Wednesday, including a Palestinian police officer, officials said.
Soldiers detained policeman Masoud al-Laham 30, after raiding his house and destroying its contents in Nablus, locals said, adding that troops also seized Jamal Marouf from Al-Ain refugee camp in the city.
Palestinian officials said five people were detained in Beit Furik near Nablus, naming them as Fayez Al-Hanini and his sons Yousef and Methqal as well as Afef Majed Hanini and Hamada Mahmud Nasasrah.
Israeli forces also detained Adham Majd Kawazbeh, Moneer Mohamad Kawazbeh, and Bilal Kawazbeh in Tuqu village near Bethlehem, and Abedallah Abu Dahood in the Al-Aisha area of Jericho, officials said.
Forces entered the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and detained Hamada Khalil Abu Awad 26, from Dhinniba village and Yasser Qazmoz 24, from Nour Shams refugee camp.
Abu Awad's brother, Nidal, said soldiers broke into their home and seized 15 computer devices, electronics, and gold.
An Israeli military spokesman said 13 people were detained, including in Abud near Ramallah, Al-Arroub, Tubas, and Al-Kahil in Hebron. He said he would look into the confiscations.

WEST BANK, June 6, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday arrested 14 Palestinians, including three minors, from across the West Bank and Gaza Strip, according to local and security sources.
The head of Taqoa local council, Taysir Abu Mofreh, told WAFA that forces stormed an area east of the town of Taqoa, east of Bethlehem, raided several homes and arrested three Palestinian students between the ages of 13 and 15 and led them to an unknown destination.
A Palestinian from the Jenin area was also arrested after raiding and searching his family home.
Forces also stormed the village of al-Fandaqumiya in Jenin, raided and searched several houses and interrogated their residents.
Meanwhile, a large Israeli military force stormed Nour Shams refugee camp and the neighborhood of Thinnaba, both east of Tulkarem, arrested two Palestinians age 24 and 26 after raiding and searching their homes and confiscated a number of computers.
Ghassan Daghlas, in charge of settlements file at the Palestinian Authority in the northern part of the West Bank, said forces stormed Khirbet Tana, a locale east of Nablus, after being besieged for hours by armed settlers and arrested five Palestinians.
They also beat up a Palestinian causing him bruises throughout his body.
In Gaza, Israeli navy boats intercepted a Palestinian fishing boat outside the Gaza shores and arrested three fishermen.
