Israeli occupation forces abducted ten Palestinians on Sunday, including two 12-year-old boys, during coordinated invasions and land seizures across the occupied West Bank.
In Beitillu, northwest of Ramallah in central West Bank, five farmers—Yousef Darwish (31), Mahmoud Darwish (27), Ibrahim Darwish (27), Mohammad Darwish (35), and Ahmad Darwish (30)—were abducted while harvesting olives in the Maroun area.
Local sources also confirmed the abduction of Omar Ali Samara (12) and Mohannad Hussein Al-Badawi (39) after Israeli troops invaded their homes.
Another child, Hussein Muhannad Al-Badawi (12), was abducted, held at a nearby military post, and later released.
In Al-Riha, south of Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces suppressed a peaceful procession opposing colonial expansion in the Khallet Al-Ma’asir area.
Three landowners—Odah Suleiman Tubasi (52), Mohammad Issa Tubasi (35), and Suleiman Mohammad Tubasi (36)—were abducted, while others suffered from toxic gas inhalation.
This month, Israeli paramilitary colonizers installed 20 mobile homes in the area, consuming 150 dunums of Palestinian land. A new colonial road now links the outpost to the Hagai colony, threatening an additional 1,500 dunums, according to the Land Research Center.
Later Sunday, Israeli forces invaded the city of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank and the nearby town of Tammun, deploying military vehicles and ground troops. Several residents were detained in Tubas; Tammun saw gunfire but no reported abductions or injuries.
In Bethlehem, the soldiers closed the main entrances to Marah Rabah and Al-Manshiyya villages, south of Bethlehem, obstructing traffic, before searching many cars and interrogating scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
The closures also obstructed traffic heading towards various Palestinian communities in the southern countryside of the governorate.
On Saturday, Israeli colonizers opened fire towards Palestinians near Nablus, while occupation forces abducted an international activist in Masafer Yatta.
Also Saturday, Israeli colonizers launched several incursions across multiple areas of the occupied West Bank’s Northern Plains, targeting Palestinian communities and infrastructure.
Earlier in the day, Israeli colonizers carried out coordinated attacks in two areas of the occupied West Bank—Masafer Yatta near Hebron in the south, and Al-Auja near Jericho in the northeast.
These actions reflect a pattern of escalating military and colonial aggression targeting civilians, farmland, and peaceful resistance across occupied Palestinian territory.
All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.
Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention prohibits collective punishment and acts of terror against civilian populations.
Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.
Articles 53 and 147, prohibit the destruction of civilian property and classify pillage as a war crime.
