On Monday morning, Israeli soldiers shot and killed two Palestinians in the center of Rafah city, in the Gaza Strip’s southernmost part.

Medical sources said the Israeli soldiers fired many live rounds at displaced Palestinians, killing two.

The Israeli army also opened fire at Palestinians in several areas in northern and southern Gaza, while an Israeli military helicopter fired two missiles at the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, wounding three Palestinians.

Media sources said the army fired many live rounds at Palestinians near the shore of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, and several areas, west of Rafah.

Also, the army fired barrages of live rounds at several areas, east of Jabalia, in northern Gaza.

On Sunday evening, two Palestinians were killed following an Israeli drone strike east of the destroyed Gaza Airport, located east of Rafah city in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip. Four Palestinians were also killed earlier in Rafah, Khan Younis and Beit Hanoun.

Since the announcement of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, 118 fatalities have been reported in hospitals across the region, in addition to more than 490 injuries.

Since October 7, 2023, the number of slain Palestinians has exceeded 48,388, including at least 17,881 children, 12,298 women, 1,068 medical staff, 204 journalists, and 94 Civil Defense medics. Additionally, more than 111,803 have been injured, largely children and women.

Israeli Army Shoots Two Palestinians in the Southern Gaza Strip

Israeli forces shot two Palestinians, including a child, on Monday afternoon, in the southern Gaza Strip, while occupation authorities cut off the supply of electricity to two desalination plants in the central Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces shot a Palestinian with live ammunition in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood of Rafah city, in the southern Gaza Strip.

He added that Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child with live rounds east of Al-Qarara town, north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the occupation authorities cut off the electricity to the two sea water desalination plants in Deir Al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.

The Deir al-Balah Municipality announced, on Monday, that the Israeli government cut off the supply of electricity to the desalination plants, which supply approximately 70% of the population of Deir al-Balah and surrounding areas.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that 48,397 citizens have been killed, including women and children, while 111,825 others have been wounded as a result of Israel’s brutal military onslaught against the besieged Gaza Strip beginning on October 7, 2023.

In related news, the army shot and killed two displaced Palestinians in the center of Rafah city, and opened fire towards citizens in the northern and southern parts of the Gaza Strip.

Also, an Israeli attack helicopter fired missiles at Palestinians, injuring three, in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli Army Shoots Two Children Near Nablus

On Monday evening, Israeli soldiers shot two Palestinian children in the village of Odala, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

Several military vehicles invaded the village, leading to protests, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.

The Nablus office of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers shot two children, 15 and 13, with live rounds.

The PRCS stated that one child was shot in the chest and one in the arm before they were transferred to a hospital in Nablus.
