On Friday evening, Israeli soldiers demolished homes in the center of Tulkarem refugee camp, in Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, as part of their ongoing aggression against the refugee camp and the Tulkarem city.
Eyewitnesses stated that continuous explosions were heard from inside the refugee camp, specifically in the Al-Nadi neighborhood, with thick smoke rising as a result of the demolition of several homes and the burning of tents.
This caused extensive destruction and significant losses to the citizens’ properties, in addition to destruction of streets and infrastructure.
Eyewitnesses added that Israeli soldiers deployed foot patrols throughout the refugee camp’s neighborhoods, with snipers positioned inside homes and high buildings after taking them over and expelling their residents.
The soldiers continued to forcibly evacuate citizens from their homes under threat of weapons, particularly in the Al-Ghanem, Al-Matar, Abu Al-Foul, Al-Nadi, and Al-Shuhada neighborhoods.
On Friday evening, Palestinian Red Crescent teams managed to enter some neighborhoods of the camp to secure necessary supplies for the besieged families still inside their homes. However, Israeli soldiers obstructed their work and detained them for some time.
Residents suffer from a lack of basic services such as water, electricity, and communications due to the destruction of infrastructure by Israeli bulldozers, as well as severe shortages of food, medical supplies, drinking water, and baby formula.
The Israeli army continues its aggression on Tulkarem city and the Tulkarem refugee camp for the fifth consecutive day, causing extensive damage to public and private properties and infrastructure, and demolishing homes.
On Wednesday night, Israeli occupation soldiers detonated homes and a warehouse in Tulkarem refugee camp.
On Tuesday, Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man in the Irtah suburb, south of Tulkarem, and injured three others, including a child during their military incursion into Tulkarem city and the Tulkarem refugee camp
On Thursday evening, Day 10 of the ongoing offensive in Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians and injured many others, including three women.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced the death of the former prisoner, Qasim Aboud Mutie Al-Aklik, 42, after being informed by the General Authority of Civil Affairs.
On Wednesday morning, the body of a slain Palestinian man was recovered from the rooftop of a building in the center of Jenin city, in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that on Wednesday morning its ambulance crews recovered the body of Osama Omar Abu Al-Haija, 24, from the rooftop of a building in Jenin city.
Also Wednesday, Israeli forces assassinated ten Palestinian young men after occupation warplanes bombed a site in center of the town of Tammun, south of Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.
