Israeli forces executed two Palestinian young men, on Monday, after an armed drone fired a missile at them in the city of Tubas, in the northeastern part of the West Bank.
Media sources said that an armed drone fired a missile at the young men, Khalil Majdi Hikmat Al-Masry, 26, and Adi Radwan Mustafa Daraghmeh, 32, killing them, and added that soldiers confiscated the bodies.
Sources added that occupation forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching the young men who were critically injured as a result of the Israeli drone strike which targeted the citizens in the Al-Safah area, in the northern part of the of city.
Undercover Israeli agents “Musta’ribeen” infiltrated Tubas city, on Monday morning, before military reinforcements arrived, while Palestinian resistance fighter exchanged fire with the invading army.
Occupation forces fired smoke bombs and deployed sharpshooters in several areas of the city, while reconnaissance drones hovered at low altitudes in the airspace over the city.
The WAFA News Agency reported that occupation forces opened direct live fire at the Palestine TV media crew while attempting to cover the military incursion into the city of Tubas.
WAFA added that soldiers targeted the Palestine TV media crew’s vehicle, striking it with several bullets, and smashing its windows; no injuries were reported among the journalists.
Since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 810 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 169 children, and injured 6,450.
The distribution of those killed in the West Bank is as follows; 222 in Jenin, 183 in Tulkarem, 88 in Nablus, 76 in Hebron, 66 in Tubas, 59 in Ramallah, 50 in occupied Jerusalem, 30 in Qalqilia, 20 in Bethlehem, 12 in Jericho, 12 inside Israel, and 4 in Salfit.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 44,758 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are women and children, and injured 106,134 citizens, while the bodies of thousands of citizens remain buried under the rubble of the devastated coastal enclave.
