Including a child, two more Palestinians on Thursday, were pronounced dead, one from an Israeli attack in Al-Biereh, and a child succumbed to wounds he sustained on Monday near Nablus.

QALQILIA
The Ministry of Health announced, Thursday, that Israeli forces shot a killed the Palestinian youth, Qussai Mazyoun Mahmoud Qar’an, 24, in the city of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Israeli soldiers invaded the city, sparking protests, and fired many live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, killing Qar’an, and seriously injuring two others, including a child.

The funeral procession began in front of the Darwish Nazzal Governmental Hospital and continued toward the slain young man’s family home, where loved ones said their final goodbyes.

Mourners, carrying the body through the streets raised Palestinian flags, and chanted slogans against the continued crimes of the Israeli occupation.

The funeral prayers were performed in the old mosque before burying him in the Martyrs’ Cemetery.

NABLUS
The Ministry of Health announced, on Thursday, the death of the child Hamdan Omar Mahmoud Hamdan, 14, who was shot in the head with live rounds, on Monday, while he was in his father’s vehicle, during the army’s attack on the village of Zawata, northwest of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.


It is important to mention that the Palestinian child, Muhammad Abdul Qadir Al-Kharaz, 14, died, on Tuesday from a live gunshot wound to the pelvis that he sustained in the same attack by Israeli forces.

AL-BIEREH
On Thursday, undercover Israeli agents (Musta’ribeen), infiltrated the city of Al-Biereh, adjacent to Ramallah, in the central West Bank, followed by a large army force.

The incursion sparked protests, which soldiers responded to by firing many live rounds and tear gas canisters, shooting the Palestinian child, Ayham Mahmoud Al-Shafi’i, 14, in the head with live ammunition, and injuring at least three others.

During the funeral procession, on Thursday evening, occupation forces attacked of the slain child, and fired live rounds at mourners, no injuries were reported.

Local Palestinians gathered in front of the Palestine Medical Complex to receive the body and proceeded towards his family home, where loved ones said their last goodbyes.

Mourners continued to the Al-Ain Mosque where the funeral prayer was performed, before burying him in the Al-Bireh Cemetery.

Furthermore, Ministry of Health announced, on Thursday afternoon, the death of another young man, Yazan Othman Bakr Shiha, 23, from Anata town, who succumbed to wounds he sustained during the same attack in Al-Biereh.

Later, Palestinians gathered in front of the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, and carried the body of the slain young man to his family home in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Loved ones paid their final respects before the funeral prayer was performed and the body was laid to rest in the town’s cemetery.

Soldiers invaded the area where the funeral was held and fired tear gas canisters at mourners. No injuries were reported.

Since the beginning of the escalation of hostilities on October 7, the death toll in the occupied West Bank has reached 134, and 342 since the beginning of 2023.
