On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian and seriously wounded two, including a child, in Qalqilia, in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part, and a Palestinian child in Ramallah, in the central West Bank.
Media sources said several army vehicles invaded the city of Qalqilia and surrounded the Nazzal Neighborhood, leading to protests.
They added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, killing a young man, Qussai Mazyoun Mahmoud Qar’an, 24, and seriously wounding two Palestinians, including a child.
The soldiers also fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades, causing many injuries, and also stormed and ransacked several homes.
In Ramallah, several military vehicles invaded the Al-Biereh city, leading to protests, and fired a barrage of live fire randomly, in addition to many rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs.
Medical sources said the soldiers fatally shot a child, Ayham Mohammad Talal Shafe’ey, 14, injured three Palestinians with live fire, and caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
Furthermore, the soldiers shot two Palestinians after firing live rounds at their car in Turmus Ayya town, northeast of Ramallah, after several military vehicles invaded the town.
In related news, the army abducted 53 Palestinians, including seventeen in Hebron and ten in Bethlehem, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank, after the soldiers stormed and ransacked dozens of homes.
Israeli has now killed 132 Palestinians, including many children, and injured hundreds, dozens seriously, in the occupied West Bank since October 7. 450 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire, soldiers and colonialist settlers, in the West Bank since the beginning of this year 2023.
In the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells have killed at least 8805 Palestinians, including 3650 children and 2252 women, and injured more than 22240, since October 7.
