On Thursday night, a paramilitary Israeli colonizer killed a young Palestinian man in Huwwara town, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part; four Palestinians, including two in Huwwara, have been killed by Israeli fire Thursday.

Medical sources said dozens of paramilitary colonizers stormed the town and started attacking cars, shops, and homes, leading to protests, before a colonizer shot Labib Mohammad Labib Dmeidi, 19.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said Mohammad was rushed to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus, suffering a gunshot wound to the heart, and succumbed to his injuries.

The PRCS added that 25 Palestinians, including four children, suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation and that the soldiers attacked a young man and prevented its medics from reaching him.

Far-right Member of Knesset Tzvika Foghel of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party accompanied the colonizers in the invasion and installed a tent in the center of the town.

Dozens of colonizers set up tables and chairs in the center of the town before many started attacking the Palestinian homes and shops.

On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers killed a young Palestinian man in Huwwara; according to Quds News Network, the Palestinian has been identified as Jamal Mahmoud Majdoub, who recently came back to the West Bank with his brothers, and the two have been living with their grandmother in Far’un town, south of Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank

The army alleged the Palestinian had earlier fired several live rounds at an Israeli car in the town, shattering the back window, and added that a pregnant woman, accompanied by a child in the backseat, was driving the vehicle and managed to drive away unharmed and headed to a military roadblock.

Earlier Thursday, Israeli soldiers killed Abdul-Rahman Fares Muhammad Atta, 23, and Hotheifa Adnan Muhammad Fares, 27, in Shoufa village, southeast of Tulkarem in the northwestern occupied West Bank.

A 19-year-old Palestinian was shot and killed in the early hours of Friday in the West Bank town of Hawara. The IDF said the man was shot after throwing a large rock towards an Israeli vehicle, though the Palestinian Health Ministry claims he was shot by a Jewish settler who had entered the town.

The overnight clashes began when a group of Israelis, including far-right lawmaker Zvi Sukkot, arrived in Hawara to set up a Sukkah - a temporary hut religious Jews put up for the holiday of Sukkot which ends this weekend - in response to a shooting by a Palestinian at an Israeli vehicle in Hawara a few hours earlier.

Some of the settlers who arrived at Hawara held a Torah lesson in the middle of the road, later marching down the street. During the clash between settlers and Palestinians, both sides threw rocks at each other.

The IDF said settlers caused property damage, with the Palestinian Red Crescent adding that 51 Palestinians were wounded out of which 42 received treatment after inhaling tear gas. One Israeli was also lightly wounded.

The Sukkah was taken down by the Israeli army after several hours, and MK Sukkot added that he and the settlers had left Hawara after they finished their Torah lesson, at the request of the army.

On Friday morning, the Palestinian Healthy Ministry identified the victim as Labib Damidi.

A Hawara resident told Haaretz that dozens of settlers gathered in the evening hours after MK Sukkot set up a tent in the village. He added that they began looting shops and property along the area between the Palestinian village Einbus and Itzhar Junction.

He also claimed that the IDF did not use live ammunition, only smoke bombs and gas grenades, and that the person who shot and killed Labib Damidi was a settler from Itzhar settlement.

Nabil Abu Rudeineh, spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, said: "The occupation has crossed every red line in its insistence on perpetuating a policy of killing and raiding the cities, villages and refugee camps."

"The occupational government and the U.S. government are completely responsible for the crimes committed by the occupation forces and the settlers in the Palestinian territories," he added.

Prior to the shooting of Damidi, but after the settlers made their way to Hawara, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir responded on X to the IDF announcing the closure of stores on Hawara's main road.

"Our lives take priority to the Palestinians' freedom of movement (and commerce). We'll continue to say this truth and actively work to implement [this truth]," he wrote in an apparent reference to a comment he made earlier this year, saying he right to life was "more important than Arabs' freedom of movement."
