Israeli forces razed, on Thursday, vast areas of Palestinian-owned lands near Hebron in the southern West Bank, and seized a vehicle and three tractors near Tubas and in the Jordan Valley in the northern and northeastern West Bank, local sources reported.
Reports said that Israeli soldiers, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the “Al-Hardash” and “Abu Tay” areas, east of Tarqumiyah, northwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank, and proceeded to destroy hundreds of dunams of Palestinian-owned crops.
In the “Al-Hardash” area, the army razed an estimated 500 dunams of land, planted with hundreds of olive trees, almond trees, and grape vines, belonging to the families of Fatafta, Haltam, and Ja’afara.
In the “Abu Tay” area, Israeli bulldozers levelled vast areas of Palestinian-owned land, destroying trees and grapevines.
Meanwhile, in the northern Jordan Valley, in the northeastern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces confiscated, on Thursday, two tractors in the Palestinian Bedouin village of Khirbet Humsa al-Fawqa, according to a local official.
Moataz Bisharat, a local official monitoring Israeli settlement activities in Tubas, said that occupation soldiers invaded the village and seized two agricultural tractors belonging to Yasser and Abdullah Mahmoud Abu al-Kabbash.
Furthermore, the occupation army seized, on Thursday, a Palestinian-owned vehicle and an agricultural tractor, near the village of Al-Ras Al-Ahmar, south of Tubas in the northern West Bank.
Sources reported that soldiers confiscated a vehicle and a tractor owned by belonging to Saeed Abu Zaher.
