Palestinian medical sources reported Wednesday that a Palestinian construction worker was attacked by approximately 15 extremist Israeli settlers while heading to a construction site in West Jerusalem.
The sources identified the worker was Ahmad Younis al-Obeidiyya, from al-Obeidiyya town, east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Ahmad was surrounded by 15 fundamentalists who kicked and punched various parts of his body before fleeing the scene. The attack took place around 6 in the morning.
Al-Obeidiyya suffered numerous contusions and bruises, and was moved to a local Palestinian governmental hospital in the District of Bethlehem.

BETHLEHEM, April 3, 2012 (WAFA) – Around 15 Israelis Tuesday attacked a Palestinian worker in Jerusalem, injuring him and causing bruises all over his body, according to local sources.
Ahmad Younis, 42, from the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, was on his way to work in western Jerusalem when around 15 Israelis battered and kicked him, said a member of his family.
Younis’ injuries were reported moderate and he was transferred to the hospital for treatment.

Relatives: Bethlehem worker assaulted in West Jerusalem
BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) – A Palestinian worker from Al-Ubeidiya village near Bethlehem was assaulted by a group of Israelis in West Jerusalem on Monday, relatives told Ma'an.
Ahmad Younis Slayyim Ubeidiya, 43, was on his way to work in the Beit Yisreal neighborhood when a group of ultra-Orthodox Israelis attacked him, his family said.
Ubeidiya was taken to Beit Jala public hospital with bruises and a fractured hand, they added.
