On Tuesday dawn, the Israeli army soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across the occupied West Bank and abducted at least sixteen Palestinians, including three siblings and two teenage boys, and one who the soldiers shot.

In Ramallah governorate, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Khaled Abu Arafa from Ramallah city, in addition to Ziad Abdul-Ghani Qatash, 29, Morad Mahmoud Zeid, 33, Riyad Mohammad Elian, 19, and Mohammad Ramadan Elian, 2, from their homes in the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of the city.

It is worth mentioning that Khaled Abu Arafa is a former political prisoner from the occupied capital Jerusalem, and Israel has exiled him from the city since he was released in 2014.

In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Omar Sadem Sleibi, 27, and his brothers Amro, 23, and Ala’, 22, in addition to Dia’ Ibrahim Sabarna, 18, Bara’ Saqer Sabarna, 17, and Sharif Zohdi Awad, 16, from Beit Ummar town north of Hebron, and Ahamd Abu Awwad, 28, from the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, southwest of the city.

In Bethlehem, the soldier abducted Yazan Yasser Abu Mheimeed, 26, from his home in Beit Ta’mar village, east of the city.

In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted Tamer Obeidat and Mohammad Shqeirat from their homes in Jabal Al-Mokabber town, southeast of the city.

Furthermore, the soldiers installed many roadblocks across the occupied West Bank, stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also intensified their measures on military roadblocks near occupied Jerusalem, especially in the northeastern part of the city, in addition to Jenin, Hebron, and several parts of the occupied West Bank.

Furthermore, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, Majdi Abdul-Qader Awidat, 30, after storming his home and shooting him in the Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp, in Jericho city, in the northeastern West Bank.

It is worth mentioning that the army continued its siege on Jericho for the eleventh day and installed more military roadblocks, especially in its northern areas and the Al-Mo’arrajat area, in addition to the southern and eastern parts of the city.

On May 01, 2023, the soldiers killed Jibril Mohammad Al-Lad’a, 17, in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp south of Jericho city.

In the Gaza Strip, the army fired many live rounds at Palestinian farmers on their lands near the perimeter fence in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza city, forcing them to leave.
