Israeli soldiers detained and interrogated, Tuesday, four Palestinians, including two children in Jaber neighborhood in the Old City of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.
Local activist, Aref Jaber, stated that the soldiers, stationed in the Rajabi building in Hebron, detained Mohammad Fawwaz Jaber, 17, and Mo’taz Abdul-Wahab ar-Rezem, 16.
The army claimed that one of the two children’s friends “cursed at the soldiers,” and wanted to know his name to interrogate him, but eventually the soldiers released the two children.
In addition, the soldiers detained, searched, and interrogated two young men in the same area, and examined their ID cards before releasing them.
In related news, the soldiers abducted a wheelchair-bound young Palestinian man from Tulkarem, while he was heading to Bethlehem, to receive medical treatment.
On Tuesday at dawn, the soldiers abducted three young men from Beita and Madama towns, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Furthermore, Israeli colonizers invaded a Palestinian orchard near Bethlehem and uprooted olive saplings.
