BETHLEHEM, (PIC)-- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained a Palestinian activist and three foreign solidarity activists while quelling an anti wall march in Walaja village to the south west of Bethlehem.
Coordinator of the popular anti wall and anti settlement activity in the village Mohammed Al-Bashir said that the IOF troops violently quelled the peaceful march that was heading to the area where IOF bulldozers level land to prepare for constructing a section of the separation wall.
Bashir said that the coordinator of the popular committee in Bethlehem Mohammed Al-Ezza was arrested along with a German and two Israeli solidarity activists.
Tens of participants were treated for breathing difficulty due to the intensive IOF use of teargas bombs against them while others were treated for bruises and injuries as a result of the IOF beating.
