Soldiers Abduct Fourteen Palestinians In West Bank

Israeli soldiers abducted, earlier Thursday, at least fourteen Palestinians, including a father and his two siblings, in addition to a child who was supposed to celebrate his 12th birthday today, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.

In Ramallah, in central West Bank, the soldiers abducted two Palestinians, both former political prisoners, identified as Bara’ Badra and Islam Nimir, from the al-Am’ari refugee camp, after the army broke into and searched several homes.

The soldiers also shot two Palestinians, one seriously, near the refugee camp, after the army opened fire at their car, reportedly when they rammed their jeep with the vehicle. The critically wounded Palestinian was moved to Shaare Zedek Israeli hospital.

In Jenin Governorate, in northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded and searched homes in Jaba’ town, and abducted Farid Mohammad Alawna, Ibrahim As’ad Fashafsha, and Ibrahim As’ad Baddad.

The soldiers also shot two Palestinian workers near the military gate, which was installed on lands belonging to Barta’a town, southwest of Jenin, as they were on their way to work.

In Tulkarem, also in northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded and searched homes, and abducted Hazem Yousef Fuqaha, 23.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, and abducted Odah Tayeh Issa, in his forties, in addition to his son, Ahmad, 19, who is also a former political prisoner, and his daughter, Dina, 20.

The father and his siblings were taken from their home in the Old City of al-Khader, after the soldiers invaded and searched it.

In Hebron, in southern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Akram Abdul-Qader Masalma, 26, from his home in Beit Awwa town, west of Hebron.

The soldiers also searched the home of a former political prisoner, identified as Issa Ismael Tarayra, in Bani Neim town, east of Hebron, in addition to the home of Noureddin Abu Turki, in Wad as-Summan area, south of Hebron, and Ahmad al-Adas, in the Sheikh neighborhood in the center of the city.

It is worth mentioning that around 420 illegal colonialist settlers, and dozens of soldiers, invaded the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, in occupied Jerusalem, and conducted provocative tours, after the soldiers removed the Palestinian worshippers.
